Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, we want to make things right if there’s a problem with your order.
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Any item reported more than 24 hours after delivery or pickup

Products not stored properly after delivery
Refunds
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credit or product replacement may also be offered, depending on your preference and the situation.
In-Store Purchases
For items purchased in-store, please bring your receipt and the item in question within 24 hours of purchase for review.
